I don't want to damage or possibly drill into the brick of my house for a string of party lights. Does anyone know of a hook I can hang or even stakes I can use in the ground to hang these?
For a brick wall, try wreath holders, like you would use on a front door, stocking holders, like you would use on a mantel
Check local gardening stores for bamboo stakes that are used to support plants, tie the string of lights to them,
your local building supply will have wooden stakes that are about 3 foot tall sold in bundles in the concrete section.

why dont you try those white hooks with the sticky backs, and when you are done you pull the tab and it comes off clean. I use them all over the house. Better than holes in the wall.
